- How long are shipping times?
It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order

- What's your return policy?
If the product is faulty please contact us straight away so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately. Dependent on the fault we may ask for you to return to us at our cost for postage, this is so that we can ensure our quality control checks can be reviewed. We promise to make the process as hassle free to you as possible.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible within 48hrs, after this time your order will be well underway being manufactured at our UK factory. In any case please reach out to us via our 'contact us' page and we will do whatever we can to help.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order -- if it’s not the size or colour you ordered, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You may be asked to post the product back to us but not always.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you sorted.
